Shipping & Delivery Policy
At PrintOurStory, we believe that every meaningful gift deserves thoughtful care. Our personalized products are made to order, with each item created especially for you.
We know how important it is for your gifts to arrive in time for special occasions. Please review our production times, shipping estimates, delivery charges, and other important information below.
1. Production Time
Production Time: 2–5 business days
Each personalized product is individually prepared according to the design and customization details selected during checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time. Your order will be dispatched after the production process is completed.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
After your order has been completed and dispatched, the estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 6–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 6–12 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Shipping estimates may be affected by carrier operations, severe weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or unusually high demand during holiday seasons.
Some products may have different delivery estimates depending on the production method or shipping service. When applicable, please refer to the estimated delivery information shown on the product page.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are determined by your order total and shipping destination. All amounts below are in US dollars (USD).

International Shipping Rates
The following shipping fees apply to eligible international destinations outside the United States, Greece, and Croatia.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information becomes available, the tracking details will be provided through your shipping confirmation email.
You can use your tracking information to follow the shipment's progress through the carrier's tracking service.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after a package is dispatched.
5. International Shipping
PrintOurStory offers shipping to supported international destinations.
Shipping availability, methods, and charges may vary by country or region. The available options will be displayed during checkout.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other local taxes.
Where these charges are not collected during checkout, the recipient may be responsible for paying them as required by the destination country's regulations.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information about potential import charges.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Incorrect postal codes, missing apartment numbers, or incomplete address information may cause delivery delays or failed deliveries.
If a package cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout, additional charges may apply if reshipment is available.
Reshipping Fees
The following fees apply per item when an eligible package requires reshipment:
- United States: $9.95 per item
- Greece: $14.95 per item
- Rest of the World: $12.95 per item
Before an item can be reshipped, the customer must provide an accurate and complete delivery address.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review whether the shipping information can still be updated before dispatch.
7. Multiple Shipping Addresses & PO Boxes
Each order can be shipped to one delivery address.
If you would like to send personalized gifts to multiple recipients at different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Delivery to PO Boxes, military addresses, and certain remote locations may be limited depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
If you have questions about delivery to a particular location, please contact our support team before placing your order.
8. Shipping Delays & Holiday Seasons
Personalized gifts are especially popular during Christmas and other major gift-giving occasions.
During busy shopping periods, production facilities and shipping carriers may experience increased demand.
Delays may also occur due to severe weather, customs inspections, transportation issues, or other unexpected circumstances.
If we determine that your order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised timeframe, we will address the delay and available options in accordance with applicable law.
We recommend placing personalized gift orders early when purchasing for a specific holiday or special occasion.
9. Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived as expected or your tracking information indicates an unusual delay, please contact our customer support team.
To help us review your shipment, please provide:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Your tracking number, if available
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the available tracking and order information to help determine the appropriate next steps.
