How to Submit a Claim

To help us review your request, please include:
- Your Contact Information: Full name, email address, and relevant contact details.
- Identification of Your Work: A description of the original work, trademark, or other protected material.
- Location of the Reported Content: The exact URL of the product, image, or page you believe infringes your rights.
- Explanation of Your Claim: A description of the rights you own or represent and why you believe the use is unauthorized.
- Supporting Documentation: Relevant registration details, original work links, or other information supporting your claim, if available.
- Rights Holder Authorization: Confirmation that you own the relevant rights or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Good-Faith Statement: A statement that you believe the reported use is not authorized by the rights holder, its representative, or applicable law.
- Accuracy Statement and Signature: Confirmation that the information provided is accurate, along with your physical or electronic signature.
Additional information may be required for a formal legal notice.

Customer-Submitted Designs and Images
Customers requesting personalized products should only submit photographs, artwork, logos, text, or other materials they have the legal right or permission to use.
Submitting content for personalization does not transfer ownership of that content to PrintOurStory.
However, the submitted materials may need to be processed by our production partners to fulfill the requested order.
